Re: FORGERY of COURT-ORDER
Richard Ray has obtained a fraudulent Court order, obtained under the BOGUS Cause number 95-93, to force me to participate in sham proceedings.
The use of the BOGUS 95-93 number in his "Request for Setting Form" dated October 23, 1996, unbeknown to me at that time, was his way of skirting the Court Administrator, particularly in light of the attention she already had received regarding MY Cause 95-63.
Neither document is presently to be found in file 95-63, even though a copy I received from Davis & Price last Friday, Jan. 24, shows the Court Order as having been filed at 8:01 AM on Jan. 21, 1997. The document appears to have gone through a fax process at some prior stage, and a horizontal line one third from the bottom indicates some sort of discontinuity in the document.
This leads to the following conclusions:
1. Richard Ray BYPASSED the Court Administrator, because he could not have obtained such an Order in light of the RECUSALS.
2. NO ORIGINAL
Court Order can be found, because none EVER existed, and that the document I received from Richard Davis was **SPLICED** or **DUBBED**, probably BEFORE being faxed.Anyone should have been suspicious of the document because of the deadlines mentioned in the "Order" and the date it was "signed".
ONLY A SENILE JUDGE WOULD SIGN SUCH A DOCUMENT.
ONLY SOMEONE WITH A PERSONAL INTEREST AND OUT OF DESPERATION WOULD PROCEED WITH IT.
My reply to Richard Davis documents my position, and also provides you with copies of the fraudulent documents.
I demand your personal and timely attention to these matters. I have also been patiently waiting for response regarding previous complaints.
Although you may find it professionally and personally awkward, I AM ENTITLED TO THE PROTECTION OF YOUR OFFICE, IMMEDIATELY!
