1.  The underlying "beaver dam" scheme lawsuit on me. (suit filed against me in 1995) 
      STATUS:   Had a trial in 1998, with a verdict, but they "forgot" to ask the jury the right questions!
                        Still in there (2003), waiting on a Dallas judge to assign a judge to it.  

2.  The federal RICO ("racketeering") case (1999) against those involved in the "beaver dam" scheme.
      STATUS:   Dismissed under really strange circumstances.

3.  The "collection suit" for a fraudulent "open account" for "legal fees" for the "racketeering" case above.
      STATUS:   The judge would not let me show my best case and evidence, and the jury believed a whole lot of lies.
                        On appeal, with me showing that the judgments are UNLAWFUL and RETALIATORY.
                        (also, the judge did not ask the jury the right questions)

4.  My recent RICO ("racketeering") suit against the Dallas lawyer for perpetrating the above "collection" suit.
     For the lawyer "depriving" the court and the state of Texas of "honest service" (pattern of lies by the lawyer)
     STATUS:   Waiting on a Dallas judge to show up. 

5.  The RICO ("racketeering") suit against a Canton lawyer for starting it all with his "beaver dam" scheme.
     For the lawyer "depriving" the court and the state of Texas of "honest service" (pattern of lies by the lawyer)
     STATUS:   Waiting on a Dallas judge to assign a judge to the case.
